Atelier Girot brings together a broad variety of talents and experience in the domains of garden & landscape design, landscape infrastructure & urban design.
40 years of expertise in design, topography, botany, water conservation brings forth new forms of ecological adaptation in direct response to the natural spirit of a place.
The garden is not only the last refuge of a particular bond with nature, but also a field for botanical experimentation in adaptation. From the scale of the garden to that of a territory, these new forms of diversity and combinations of vegetation will lead to a radical change in the aesthetics that we trust and know.
Services & Technology
Since 2001, the professorship at the Polytechnic of Switzerland in Zurich, led Christophe and the research team into topics of innovation in technology and tools to asses, capture, and manufacture across diverse scales of landscape design. Prized and ground breaking digital tools and methodologies have been produced and tested across projects tested in projects through 20 years of doctoral case studies.
