Er sieht die Erstellung neuer Campus-Geb\u00e4ude in neu gestalteter Umgebung \u00fcber die n\u00e4chsten 20 Jahre hinweg vor. Urbanes Design wird hier neu interpretiert mit grossz\u00fcgiger Landschaftsarchitektur, ein Schwerpunkt wird dabei auf die Probleme des langsamen und \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehrs gelegt. Grosse Teile des Campus werden verkehrsfrei sein. Wichtigste Beteiligte an diesem Projekt sind der Kanton Z\u00fcrich, die Stadt Z\u00fcrich, die Universit\u00e4t Z\u00fcrich, das Universit\u00e4tsspital und die ETH. Ein neues Ausstellungszentrum, das \u00abPanorama\u00bb, wird f\u00fcr den gesamten Campus die Rolle eines kulturellen Katalysators spielen, es wird im Zentrum des Campus angrenzend an einen Park zu stehen kommen. Das Projekt sieht neue Geb\u00e4ude mit einer Fl\u00e4che von 200 000 m2 sowie zus\u00e4tzlich 2 Hektaren offene Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chen vor. Verschiedene architektonische und landschaftsarchitektonische Projekte gem\u00e4ss Masterplan sind bereits in Arbeit.
