L\u2018\u00e9quipe gagnante, men\u00e9e par les architectes Gigon\/Guyer, a propos\u00e9 une architecture de verre, offrant transparence et connexion aux espaces ext\u00e9rieurs. Le projet de paysage relie le site \u00e0 la gare de Rorschach par une place min\u00e9rale destin\u00e9e \u00e0 insuffler un caract\u00e8re urbain \u00e0 cette gare d\u2018arriv\u00e9e. Mettant l\u2018accent sur les qualit\u00e9s actuelles de ce paysage de berges de lac et de marina, le nouvel am\u00e9nagement renforce la relation du public aux berges. Le vocabulaire existant d\u2018\u00eeles vertes est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en une s\u00e9rie d\u2018espaces publics \u00e0 usages divers. Le long de cet horizon, de fins changements de topographie au sein de ces espaces offrent du mouvement, des variations d\u2018assises et plus d\u2018intimit\u00e9 aux diff\u00e9rents espaces de plein air. Certaines \u00eeles sont sur\u00e9lev\u00e9es pour accueillir des sculptures provenant de l\u2018illustre collection d\u2018art du Prof. Dr. W\u00fcrth.
