Atelier Girot a con\u00e7u les plan directeur et plan paysage pour ce projet. Le programme architectural comprend un h\u00f4tel avec ses espaces d\u2018accueil, de r\u00e9cr\u00e9ation et Spa, ainsi que dix villas individuelles. Des jardins individuels de qualit\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us au sein d\u2018un syst\u00e8me de circulation et de distribution complexe. L\u2018axe central traversant le site dans toute sa longueur devient la colonne vert\u00e9brale de l\u2018ensemble du projet. L\u2018eau, sa distribution et sa collecte dans un syst\u00e8me de rigoles jouant sur des pentes douces le long des voies de circulation principales, ont un r\u00f4le structurel majeur, qui a r\u00e9interpr\u00e8te la culture ancienne d\u2018utilisation de l\u2018eau dans l\u2018architecture et les jardins andalous. La v\u00e9g\u00e9tation existante sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9e d\u2018une riche palette d\u2018arbres fruitiers locaux.
