Architects, Baird Sampson Neuert Architects, Prof. Philipp Ursprung, Arup, ReK Productions<\/h5>\n<p>Le concours du Lower Don Lands fait partie d\u2018une plus grande vision pour le front de lac de Toronto. Le parc Don Mouth a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u comme catalyseur de valeur \u00e0 r\u00e9ciprocit\u00e9 mutuelle sur les plans \u00e9conomiques et \u00e9cologiques. Un sc\u00e9nario de gestion des crues devait \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, introduisant un grand projet de r\u00e9habilitation \u00e9cologique. Ces objectifs en t\u00eate, la conception du projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 bas\u00e9e sur une enqu\u00eate topographique sensible. La cr\u00e9ation d\u2018une diversit\u00e9 \u00e9cologique est devenue la caract\u00e9ristique du design topographique. Chaque \u201edoigt\u201c de d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9sidentiel se d\u00e9finit avec une typologie double : un front construit avec d\u2018int\u00e9ressants espaces commerciaux et r\u00e9sidentiels, et un versant en pente douce jusque \u00e0 l\u2018eau, offrant un environnement de parc, de loisirs et des habitats de zone humide pour une r\u00e9habilitation \u00e9cologique.
