Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une aire en pleine croissance et d\u00e9veloppement.<br \/>\nLa ville de Zurich a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par une \u00e9tude globale de cette zone, qui cr\u00e9e un paysage central reliant ces quartiers. Les connexions entre ces diff\u00e9rents secteurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9es pour d\u00e9finir un concept global d\u2018am\u00e9nagement. Cette \u00e9tude propose un r\u00e9seau de \u201eparcs de poche\u201c d\u00e9finissant un noyau paysager dynamique pour ce nouveau quartier, avec places et espaces publics. L\u2018un des d\u00e9fis du projet consistait \u00e0 d\u00e9finir les potentiels d\u2018espace public et les connexions possibles aux futurs projets de constructions.
