Fiat est le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019une nouvelle strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement, par la ville de Milan, d\u2018une s\u00e9rie de parcs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la ville moderne. Le parc est directement reli\u00e9 au parc Ravizza, existant depuis le XIXe si\u00e8cle, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de la tr\u00e8s renomm\u00e9e \u00e9cole d\u2019affaires Bocconi. Bord\u00e9 par une s\u00e9rie de hauts immeubles, le parc est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 fournir un lieu de nature et de d\u00e9tente pour les pi\u00e9tons, le long de la tr\u00e8s anim\u00e9e Via Torino. Une grande pelouse a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour offrir un horizon g\u00e9n\u00e9reux au milieu de cette ville si dense. Avoisinant Corso Torino, un th\u00e9\u00e2tre en plein air est pr\u00e9vu ainsi que plusieurs autres espaces de sport et de loisirs.
