Le parc de 2 hectares, achev\u00e9 en 2000, est enti\u00e8rement construit sur le toit d\u2019un parking souterrain. L\u2018am\u00e9nagement est   constitu\u00e9 d\u2018un jardin d\u2019eau raffin\u00e9 et d\u2018un bassin d\u2018eau affleurante.
