Le parc se d\u00e9coupe en deux parties : un espace public min\u00e9rale au sud avec un grand bassin et une place, un espace bois\u00e9 au nord avec une pelouse, de vieux ch\u00eanes et une aire de jeux. Au c\u0153ur du bassin, un grand mur de granit semble y dispara\u00eetre, nous rappelant que pendant des d\u00e9cennies, le site avait accueilli la caserne de Vopos (Volkspolizei) gardant le Check Point de l\u2018Invalidenstrasse, et la pr\u00e9sence du mur de Berlin \u00e0 proximit\u00e9, le long du canal Spandauer. Ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9 au MoMA \u00e0 New York pour l\u2019exposition Groundswell qui s\u2018est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e au printemps 2005.
